1. Shipping rates are: Inside U.S. 12.00+.30 a pound first item, each add.item .30 a pound. International 30.00+.60 a pound first item, each add. item .60 a pound. Fed ex overnight (Swimwear Only) 29.00+.30 a pond first item, Each add. item .30 a pound.

2. CherryHillProducts.com makes every effort to ship all orders in a timely and secure manner.

3. Please note that delivery estimates are based upon when the item leaves the warehouse, NOT when the order is placed.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

At CherryHillProducts.com you may return an item within 30 days from the date of purchase only if the item is not the item you ordered or the wrong size was shipped. The item must be in its original packaging and be sent with your original receipt. Upon receipt of your item, we will send a replacement or if it is not in stock, we reserve the right to replace it with a similar item of the same value or offer store credit.

Lingerie, swimwear and intimate apparel must be in its original condition (including tags) and be returned within 30 days. Returns will be accepted only if wrong item or size was shipped. Worn items may not be returned.

DVD’s and videos are not returnable unless defective and will be replaced with same title upon receipt of your return.

For Adult novelty items: If a product does not meet your expectations, please contact us via e-mail within 30 days of purchase. If the item has not been opened you can return this item for an in store credit only. For the sake of safety once a package seal has been broken/opened, we cannot accept this item back.

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning any merchandise.

Return Instructions:

Write to us at Sales@CherryHillProducts.com and type "Return" in the subject heading. Include your name, address, date of purchase and order number in the body of the email, as well as a note to explain why you believe the item to be defective. We will reply with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that all defective items MUST be returned in the original product packaging.
